Position type:  Part-time, 20 hours per week with full benefits

Pay range:  Range $19 - $23 an hour, DOE

Location:  Hybrid role - time in the office as well as running errands (post office, bank) will be required weekly. Office is blocks away from the Capitol and St. Luke’s in downtown Boise.

Join Idaho Voices for Children as our very first Office Coordinator. You will help us define this role and provide grounded administrative and office support for a passionate & fast-paced team.

Support the Executive Director with their administrative duties as needed, including calendar management and sensitive/confidential work when required. Coordinate board meetings & take minutes. 

Manage the logistics of a hybrid office by managing supplies, coordinating print jobs, monitoring maintenance needs of the physical office building, supporting staff in office processes including reimbursements, making travel arrangements & purchases, etc.

Support the Executive Director in liaising with accounting contractors by completing  confidential data entry, managing staff reimbursements and making bank deposits. 

Serve as staff liaison with operational contractors such as IT, web hosts, and others.

Required experience:  Minimum of 3 years in office coordination/office assistance. Experience working with financial data.

Required Skills: 

Ability to assert management/administrative needs of the office to the Executive Director in a timely manner and coordinate associated follow-up tasks assigned or identified.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.

Strong knowledge of office management procedures.

Incredible organizational skills.
