Strategic Philanthropy Manager
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Magic Valley Foundation, the Manager of Strategic Philanthropy will cultivate and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects by developing and executing on strategies that support St. Luke's Health System's future philanthropic opportunities.
What You Can Expect:
- Identify, solicit, cultivate and steward donors to achieve fundraising goals and performance metrics.
- Prepare proposals and conduct personal visitation and other high-level interactions with prospects, establishing rapport and relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of at least 100 donors and prospect relationships, strategically advancing them through the solicitation cycle to successfully close major gifts.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments specific to the healthcare philanthropy field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years relevant experience
