The Director of Sponsorships & Partnerships is responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies that align with the organization’s goals and advance the YMCA’s mission. This includes identifying potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and fostering relationships with sponsors. This position must work closely with other departments to ensure that revenue opportunities align with branch programs, events, and initiatives

This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly. The typical schedule will be 8 hours per day Monday - Friday with reasonable flexibility for start/end time each day. Some nights and weekends (not many) based on fundraising events and branch events. This position reports to the Metro office, and we can provide some accommodation for remote work: 30% or less remote.
