Donor Relations Coordinator
Administration
-Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
-Perform general administrative duties including data entry, drafting communications, managing mailings, customer service, preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
-Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including bill paying, check cutting, processing donations, making deposits, invoicing, financial data entry, account reconciliation and submitting payroll
-Proofread reports and written documents for content & message, grammar, punctuation and spelling errors
-Manage Simply Cats' databases (i.e. updating new contact information, periodic audits for accuracy, lead on donation/membership payment processing and follow up correspondence)
Donor Stewardship
-Maintain donor sponsorship programs and improve protocols for initial contact, cultivation and stewardship
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor information, interactions and gifts in accounting and CRM systems
-Prepare and mail donor acknowledgement letters and other stewardship mailings
-Oversee the preparation of campaign and stewardship materials, including proposals, donor packets, reports etc.
-Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for increased donor engagement
-Support Executive Director with donor research, strategy and reporting
