Advocate Supervisor

The Advocate Supervisor is a key leadership role dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and high-quality advocacy for children in the child protection system. This position provides mentorship and oversight to a team of up to four Advocate Coordinators, while also directly supporting a caseload of approximately 25 Volunteer Guardians ad Litem. The Supervisor balances administrative oversight with heart-led leadership, ensuring that both staff and volunteers are empowered to serve as effective voices for foster youth within the 4th Judicial District.
