Role Summary: United Way’s work is rooted in data-driven decision-making. To support the Community Impact priorities, this position strengthens community-level data efforts by leading the statewide initiatives findhelpidaho.org and United for ALICE. The role supports multiple collaborative efforts including the Western Idaho Community Health Collaborative, Idaho Resource Network, and Engaging Idaho Committee.
As an integral member of the Community Impact team, the Community Data & Integration Coordinator helps facilitate connections across services and systems to improve access, coordination, and outcomes for Idahoans. This role requires a growth mindset and a strong ability to use community-level data to expand outreach and accessibility of United Way initiatives. The ideal candidate builds trusted relationships, practices active listening, and uses data to identify opportunities for stronger collaboration and more connected systems.

Location: Boise, Idaho; offering the flexibility of some remote work.
Competitive Package: This is a full-time, non-exempt level position with a competitive annual salary range starting at $45,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a retirement match.
