The Operations Director will oversee the daily operations of the nonprofit organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, programs, and services. This role is integral to the implementation of the organization's mission and strategic goals. The Operations Director will work closely with senior leadership and staff to strategically plan and oversee program operations, manage budgets, grants, and physical property, improve operational systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
