Wood River Land Trust is a local conservation non-profit working to protect and sustain the treasured landscapes and life-giving waters of the Wood River Valley and to inspire love for this special place for generations to come. 

We are looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with donors and family foundations to steward and secure gifts to support organizational fundraising goals. For those with less direct experience but the enthusiasm to grow into the position, we might also consider a Philanthropy Coordinator.  

Ultimately, one position will be filled, with salary level dependent on experience. Starting salary for Philanthropy Manager is $71,440 - $76,000 and Philanthropy Coordinator is $58,000 - $63,030. Generous benefits package including 100% employer paid health and dental insurance,  401k retirement plan with 3% match, and 3 weeks paid vacation. Opportunity to work a 4-day work week and a dog friendly office.
