Executive Director

Willow Center is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead our organization in advancing grief support services for children, families, and the community. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role for someone who thrives in a small nonprofit environment and is energized by both strategic leadership and hands-on work.

The Executive Director partners closely with the Board of Directors to guide the organization’s vision, ensure financial sustainability, and oversee day-to-day operations. This role provides leadership across programs, staff and volunteers, fundraising, finances, and community relationships, while keeping the mission and values of Willow Center at the center of all decisions.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, adaptable leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building relationships, and translating big-picture goals into practical action. Experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising and grant management, and people management is strongly preferred.

Position Details

• Full-time, exempt; in-office
• Salary range: $65,000–$70,000
