Mission Statement

To provide free basic health care to low-income individuals and families who are uninsured and underinsured, with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

Primary Purpose

To provide high-level administrative support that ensures efficient clinic operations and a positive, respectful experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Oversees medical record accuracy, peer review processes, and clinical outcome assessments.
• Volunteer Management: Recruits, orients, and supports volunteers and office staff, ensuring all participants understand and uphold the clinic’s mission of health promotion and disease prevention.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Verifies primary source licensure and credentials for all staff and volunteers. Ensures strict adherence to 2025 HIPAA privacy and security standards.
• Patient Care Coordination: Oversees the administrative side of patient navigation, ensuring that patients receive necessary follow-up care and referrals to community partners.

Required Skills and Experience

• Medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and HRSA Electronic Handbook knowledge.
• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
